Payment

We accept payment via all major credit cards.

Shipping

 PROCESSING TIME: Currently, processing time is between 2-4 business days. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

RUSH PROCESSING AND UPGRADED SHIPPING: Rush processing and upgraded shipping is available for an additional charge. Charges will differ depending on location and applicable postage rates.

ADDRESSING ISSUES: Please be sure that the correct recipient address is indicated when placing orders to ensure prompt and accurate service.

RISK OF LOSS: Once shipped items are marked as delivered by the third- party postal carrier, Curate and Bestow is no longer responsible for packages.

Customization Services

CUSTOM CURATE AND BESTOW BOXES: To order a custom Curate and Bestow gift box, please select the listing for “Custom C and B Box” and complete the attached form/questionnaire. All custom items will be curated based on responses provided on the form. Additionally, please provide any key items or important information in the ‘Special Instructions’ section of the customization form.

MONOGRAMMING SERVICES: Monogramming services are available for an additional charge. Please select the option for monogramming on the desired listing and provide the desired information for the monogram via the form provided.

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Refunds will not be issued. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
